It provides field analytics (to gauge your field agent quality), escalations and report generation abilities. The platform has been designed to be very easy to adopt and customize.
In a pilot with Ujjivan (MFI) we validated that productivity will increase by 35% and result in a net savings of US $ 15.8 Million annually. Our customer base includes Grameen Foundation and Brighter India Foundation (www.brighterindia.in), with a projected reach of 11+ Million end customers.
